THE CONSTITUTION OF CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL

(Ministering the Total Gospel to meet the Total Needs Of The Total Man)

ARTICLE 1

THE NAME, SCORE NATURE, AIMS & OBJECTIVES (VISION) AND MEMBERSHIP OF THE MINISTRY

PREAMBLE:
WE THE MEMBERS OF CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRY INTERNATIONAL under the leadership of our Lord Jesus Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, having fully determined to minister the Total Gospel of our
Lord Jesus Christ to meet the Total Need of the Total Man in all Nations and to practically live out His Holy life in accordance with the Holy Scripture DO HEREBY by our representatives give to ourselves the following constitution:

SECTION:
A.
B. THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION (the MINISTRY)

The Name of the Organisation shall be known, called and addressed as THE CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL. It is hereinafter referred to in this constitution as “the ministry”.

C. THE SCOPE AND NATURE OF THE MINISTRY
The scope and nature of the Ministry shall be as follows:
1.The Ministry – The Christ Total Gospel Ministries International shall be purely an International Outreach Ministry; made up of Evangelistic and Missionary Gospel Organisations.
2.The Ministry shall primarily focus on Gospel Outreaches and Mass Evangelism in the city that is based, across the country and abroad.
3.The Ministry shall comprise of multifarious Arms of
operation in order to achieve her aims and objectives.
4.The Ministry shall be a non-profit making organisation. Hence, all proceeds and income in respect of the ministry shall be duly utilized for the propagation of the Gospel of the kingdom of Jesus Christ.

D. THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES (VISIONS) OF THE MINISTRY
1.To obey and carry out all the task of the Great Commission as commanded by our Lord and Master Jesus Christ to meet the total Needs of the Total Man. Hence, the motto of the ministry is: “Ministering the total Gospel to meet the total Needs of the total Man.
2.To spread the Gospel message to all mankind in winning souls, plant churches and Revive churches through publications and circulation of Christian literatures, books, Newsletters, magazines, tracts, message tapes- audio and video, free lending library and through the Electronic Media productions: Radio, Television, Cable Outreaches and other.
3.To encourage the unity of the Body of Christ by bringing together other gospel ministries, i.e. (Para-ministries), organise interdenominational programmes for all believers such as: Annual Conference i.e. REVIVAL OF HIS CHURCH, Monthly Jesus All Night of
Deliverance, reaching out to other places through gospel programmes, Discipleship Training, Open Air Crusades, Church Revivals, Seminars, Church planting, free lending library, and others as directed by the Holy Spirit.
4.To sponsor those that are called into the ministries of pastors and evangelists, to Pastors schools and Theological Seminary and other training centres, for effective training.
5.To sponsor missionaries to mission fields, to support evangelistic ministries, Churches, institutions in respect to soul winning.
6.The ministry accepts invitation for ministrations in and outside programmes such as Church Revivals, Crusades, Conventions, seminars, Conferences in Christian organisation, length and breadth of this Country(Nigeria) and abroad.
7.To plant churches through which the ministry will be operating into other places e.g. Chosen Generation Baptist Church, Redeemed Baptist Church, Jesus Forever Baptist Church, Amazing Grace Chapel, Christ The Rock Baptist Church or any other Churches planted by the ministry and ready to cooperate with the ministry.

E. MEMBERSHIP OF THE MINISTRY
The membership of the ministry shall be in two fold:
1.Membership is open to any person that shall accept and abide in the Lordship of the Saviour Jesus Christ and His doctrine, irrespective of sex, age, language, nationality and denomination.

2.Membership is also opened to ministries which have the same vision, in and abroad and are ready to abide by the objectives and mission of the operations of the ministry – Christ Total Gospel Ministries International.

ARTICLE 2
THE LOCATION OF THE MINISTRY

2. The Headquarter of the Ministry.
The headquarter is based in Abeokuta, Nigeria, The office is at 4, Obasanjo Way, Matiku Compound, Ita-Iyalode, Abeokuta. The base church is all the churches planted by the ministry especially Chosen Generation Baptist Church, Opposite Akin Olugbade Hospital, Ita-Iyalode, Abeokuta; Redeemed Baptist Church, Abeokuta; Jesus Forever Baptist Church, Abeokuta; Amazing Grace Chapel, Abeokuta; Christ the Rock Baptist Church, Ikija, Abeokuta and all other churches planted and cooperating with the ministry.

ARTICLE 3
SECTIONS:
1. LEADERSHIP OF THE MINISTRY

Rev. Peter Olufela Adenmosun, an ordained Minister of the Gospel, had the vision and commission to pioneer the ministry for the propagation of the work of the kingdom. Hence he shall be the Life President of the Ministry and shall be assisted by Rev. Mrs. Oluyemisi Adenike Adenmosun and his Son, IyanuJesujuwon Adenmosun as first and second Vice Presidents respectively.

2. BOARDS OF THE MINISTRY
The ministry shall have Board of Advisers that will constitute the incorporated Trustees and Executive Members. The Board shall comprise of President, Rev. (Mrs) Oluyemisi Adenike Adenmosun, IyanuJesujuwon Adenmosun (when he is twenty one years old as Jesus tarries) and other appointed members who must be Support members of the ministry. This board shall be called Board of Advisers.

ARTICLE 2
– Modus Operandi of the ministry

a. Aggressive soul winning through organised revivals, crusades, street evangelism placing won souls in Bible believing churches and any of the churches planted.

b. Organising annual conference of the ministry every second week in November tagged REVIVAL OF HIS CHURCH with the aim of bringing together all branches of the ministry and believers for a time of refreshing and to further unify in the body of Christ and to win unbelievers unto His kingdom.

c. Organising media Outreaches such as radio programme, Television programme including satellite and Internet service.

d. Establish strong counselling outlets (units, cells and centres) in order to meet the needs of people in different areas of life i.e. marriage, business, vocations, choice of career, spiritual growth e.t.c.

e. Establishing orphanage and widow centres for the purpose of helping the orphans and widow spiritually and financially.

f. Publications and printing of Newsletter, tracts, literatures, pamphlets, magazine, booklets and other Christian publications and distributing same to needful people or churches and ministries in Nigeria and abroad.

g. Affiliating with local and foreign Christian organisations for the purpose of spreading the Gospel.

h. Reaching the unreached (prisoners, people in the hospital, children and the aged, artisans and traders in the market and men through personal Evangelism, Radio and Television broadcasts, and video/film shows.

ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE

i. It is a purely an evangelistic Gospel ministry.
ii.It is a non-profit making ministry and all proceeds, income and gift of the ministry, shall be channelled fully to further advance the Estate of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth.

ARTICLE 4
THE OPERATION ARM OF THE MINISTRY
1. OUTREACH ARMS:

A. The Revival of His Church, our Annual Conference shall be done annually at Abeokuta every second week in November except otherwise directed by the Holy Spirit. It shall be a weekly outreach to ministers, children, women, men, and youths from all walks of life.

B. Jesus All Night of Deliverance shall be an ALL NIGHT PROGRAMME monthly carried out in Abeokuta, in any part of the country and abroad as the doors opens.

C. The Chrtogm Electro Media Outreach is the department for all electronic outreach productions: Moment of Renewal on Radio and Television stations, Ministrations on Tapes (both video and audio) Internet or Cable outreach.

D. The Library Arm: This shall be known and called Rev. (Dr.) J.T. Ayorinde Memorial Christian Library. The library shall serve as the KNOWLEDGE HOUSE of the ministry to reach out with valuable Christian books, video and audiotapes. It shall create opportunity for studying and lending of Christian tapes and books free of charge.

E. Church Planting Arm: The ministry shall plant churches in any area the Holy Spirit leads. All Churches planted shall fully be under the control of the ministry and as led by the Holy Spirit. The President shall send to or remove pastors from the churches.

F. The Training Arm: The ministry shall have an institution to train leaders of vision called into the ministry of EVANGELIST; conduct ministerial training and courses for Christian workers for the works of the kingdom as contained in the Holy Bible.

G. Revivals and Others: The ministry will always be opened to invitations from the church or Christian bodies to conduct crusades, church revival, seminars, retreats for the furtherance of the kingdom of God. The ministry will also launch out to cities and villages for crusades and other Christian programmes to reach the people to draw them to the Lord Jesus Christ.

H. Christ Total Publications: This arm will publish all the books, magazines, Newsletters, handbills, tracts, Stickers etc. for the ministry and can also accept publications from outside.

I. Mission Arm: The ministry will reach out for mission fields in any part of the world; send missionaries, start schools, hospitals and do all that will make people to have the impact of Jesus in their lives and lands.

J. Para-ministries Outreach: The ministry is also opened to all ministries of the same vision and willing to abide by the objectives and mission operations of the ministry – Christ Total Gospel Ministries (Int.). All other necessary things pertaining to the Para-ministries are all included in the Para-ministries Charter as follows:

THE PARA-MINISTRIES CHARTER

Teamwork makes the dream Work.
In the face of abuse in ministries, voice-less ness of men with real messages and handicap of genuine calling: Dependence on strength that could be drawn from one another as we compliment each other will help us achieve God given individual vision is the focus of this divine forum.

Our Objective: In Christ Total Gospel Ministries international Para ministries forum, we are set to attain the following objectives:
a. Teaching: Learning from each other as we learn principles of leadership from quality men of God both directly and through their materials.
b. Reaching: Serving for ourselves as watchman do through prayer and strength in weakness in other to have an accountable “friends” to help us overcome recklessness of leadership.
c. Helping: As we network and interchange ministerial opportunities to help provoke our individual gifts and callings. Also to give recognition and voice for affiliation which will serve to strengthen and establish the individual member. With other physical means of assistance.

Membership
Membership would be opened to as many as the Lord will direct. Strict, godly and sincere membership criteria are in place to prevent mixed multitude of un-agreeable partnership. Under listed are such criteria.

a. Intending member would be required to present a letter of recognition from a spiritual mentor who must not only be recognised but also respected in the ministry.
b. Must agree with, the charter of belief of this ministry as agreed upon by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
c. If married, must be in a recognised biblical way or be ready to do so according to the belief and practice of the biblical saints (Traditional, legal and spiritual).
d. Must have a recognised, Bible based ministry (Church) and attested to by sincere men.
e. Must be willing to associate with openness and chastity with godly character.
f. Must be ready to share materially, spiritually and emotionally with others
g. Holiness and godliness must not only be talked about him or her but be evident in such lives.

BIBLICAL CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. Members must be truly born-again and faithful disciples of Christ (Jn.3: 38)
2. Must be person of proven integrity, honest and diligence (Prov.22: 29)
3. Must have stable marriage (Mt. 5:31-32; 19:3-120)
4. Must be able to manage finances creditably (Lk.16:12,13)
5. Must possess the servant leader qualities, relevant and productive, (Mt.25: 21),
6. Must be overwhelmed with the need for vitality and growth of the church of Christ (Acts 6:7) II Cor.5:1-10)
7. Must hold sacred in ministry of reconciliation of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Cor.5: 18-21)
8. Must have the fear of God and live on the divine level, (Prov.1: 7; 9:10), have reverential trust including the hatred of evil (Ps. 19:9; Job 28:28;Prov.8: 13)
9. Members must be the visualizations and templates of Christ (IICor.4: 6; Rom.8: 29)
10. Must be vehicles for the foundation of others (IICor.3: 6).
11. Must be interested in discipline and the Great Commission (Mt.28: 16-20, Mk.16: 14-17; Jn.17: 6;20:19-23).
12. Must be determined to confront sin and restore sinning saints, (Mat. 18:15-20), in order to maintain the purity of the church.
13. Must be wholeheartedly committed and devoted to God’s glory like Christ (Jn.17: 4).
14. Must identify with radical saints and always confess their problems as though they were his own. (Nehemiah 1:6-7)

ARTICLE 5
THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICIAL ORGANS OF THE MINISTRY SECTIONS:
1. PRESIDENT OF THE MINISTRY

The President is the General Coordinator of the ministry and his duties shall be among others include the followings:
a. He shall be the overall head of all departments of the ministry and the Senior Pastor of all the Churches under the supervision of the ministry.
b. He shall have the final say and authority on all matters touching or concerning the ministry and all its operation Arms.
c. He shall preside over the meetings within the operational arm of the ministry except the Board of Advisers meetings in which a chairman must have been appointed.
d. He shall be responsible for the appointment of members into the Board and assign members into offices and portfolios.
e. He shall be responsible for the call of Executive Teams, Board of Advisers and Trustees meetings.
f. He shall be responsible for the approvals of minister’s appointment and ordinations into the offices.
g. He shall oversee the general activities of the ministry and the general well being of the members and associates.

2. TRUSTEES OF THE MINISTRY

The Trustees of the ministry for the purpose of the Companies and Allied Matters Decree No. 1 of 1990, Part C shall be appointed by the Founder/President of the Ministry as led by the Spirit of the Lord.
However, there shall be minimum of Three (3) Trustees that shall be known as “The Registered Trustees” of The Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International), who shall apply to the Corporate Affairs Commission for Certificates of Incorporation under the Companies and
Allied Matters Decree No. 1 of 1990 Part C.

a. The Rules and Regulations Relating to the Trustees:
The Trustees may hold office for life but shall cease to hold or continue in the office if he or she:
I. Dies.
ii. Resigns his or her office.
iii. Ceases to be member of the registered Trustees of the ministry
iv. Becomes insane.
v. Is officially bankrupt.
vi. Is convicted of a criminal offence by a court of competent jurisdiction.

a. The Rules for the Common Seal:
The Trustees shall have a common SEAL and in which: –
i. Such common seal will be kept in the custody of the President who shall produce it when required for use by the Trustees.
ii. All documents to be executed by the Trustees shall be signed by each or by at least two-third of them and sealed with the common seal.

b. The Duties and Functions of the Trustees:
The duties of the Trustees shall among others include:
i. The President with one or two other Trustee members shall be the signatory to all the Bank Accounts and other of Christ Total Gospel Ministries Int.
ii. If the Certificate of Incorporation is granted, the Trustees shall have power to accept and hold in trust, all land properties belonging to Christ Total Gospel Ministries International and to acquire properties on behalf of the Christ Total Gospel Ministries international.

2. THE BOARD OF ADVISERS OF THE MINISTRY:

The Board shall comprise the President, the Trustees and other appointed Members OF THE Support Team i.e. Faith Partners of the Ministry. Their duties shall among others include the followings:

a. To advise the President on the maintenance and expansion of the work of the ministry.
b. To formulate godly policies that is in lines with the visions of the ministry for the smooth running.
c. To plan with the President on the execution of the mission and operations of the ministry.
d. To take disciplinary measure(s) on any member or officer that commit crime, in lines with the Holy Scriptures.

ARTICLE 6
PROCEDURES FOR DISCIPLINE SECTIONS:
1. DISMISSALS AND DIS-ASSOCIATION:

Any member or officer in the ministry found to have violated the rules of the ministry or commit any of the under listed offences shall be dismissed or disassociated from the ministry. The offences are:

(a) When involving as members of the ministry in Association or Organisation contrary to the visions and beliefs of the ministry.

(b) When involved in an act of theft or any dubious crime that can drag the name of the ministry in a mud.

(c) Stubbornness and unwillingness to obey the rules and regulations of the ministry.

(d) Engaging in a physical combat such as fighting in a manner that can bring the good name of the ministry to shame. However, such person must have been suspended TWICE for the same offence.

(e) Indulging in a sin after such person has been suspended TWICE for the same offence.

2. SUSPENSIONS AND PUNISHMENT IN THE MINISTRY:

Any member or officer found to have committed the sin of fornication, adultery or engage in a fight within or outside the ministry should be suspended for a period of THREE MONTHS with or without pay if such person is a paid worker of the ministry. However, the Ministry’s Board shall treat other offences or crimes that deserve suspension or punishment accordingly.

ARTICLE 7
APPOINTMENTS AND RECRUITMENTS OF OFFICERS SECTIONS

1. THE PRESIDENT DURATION IN OFFICE

Rev. Peter Olufela Adenmosun and Rev (Mrs.) O. A. Adenmosun, ordained Ministers of the Gospel, are the visioner and pioneer of this ministry. Rev. Peter O. Adenmosun shall be the Life President to be assisted by his wife Rev (Mrs.) Oluyemisi Adenike Adenmosun as Vice-President.

3. APPOINTMENT OF SUCCEEDING PRESIDENT

After the demise of the founding President, the wife Rev. (Mrs) O. A. Adenmosun will automatically be the President except she voluntarily in the presence of Trustees, the Executive Council and the Board of Advisers surrender. In case she surrender, the Trustee, Board of Advisers and Executive Council will after prayer and fasting for seven days will as led by the Holy Spirit choose who be will the next President and Vice President in line with the Bible.

ARTICLE 8
FINANCING THE WORK

Since the ministers’ work demand money. It is needed for the furtherance of the gospel of Christ Jesus. But care must be taken the way it is pursued in this ministry, bearing in mind that God’s work done in God’s way will not lack God’s support.

1. Seed faith from all partners-the SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER that has the name of the ministry.

2. Special gifts from those blessed by the ministration of the ministry, which has the name of the ministry.

3. All honorariums received from all ministrations, which has the name of the ministry on it.

4. Offerings directly for the ministry from any church administered by the ministry and the Para ministries that so wish.

5. Income from all investments of the ministry.

ARTICLE 9
APPENDIX “A”
SPECIAL CLAUSES SECTIONS:

1. INCOMES AND PROPERTY OF THE MINISTRY:

All income and property of CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL that is derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the ministry as set forth in this RULES AND REGULATIONS/CONSTITUTION. No portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus, or otherwise by way of profit, to the members of Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International except so decided by the Board of Advisers in a formal meeting.

2. PROVISIONS OF THE MINISTRY:

Provided that nothing herein shall prevent the payment, in good faith or reasonable and proper remuneration to any officer or servant of CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRIES (INTERNATIONAL) in return for any service actually rendered to Christ Total Gospel Ministries International, but so that no member of the Advisory/Executive Board or Governing Body shall be appointed to any salaried office of Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International) paid by fees; and that no remuneration or other benefit in money or money shall be given by Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International) to any member of such Board or Governing Body except repayment of out-of-pocket expenses or reasonable and proper rent for premises demised, or let to Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International) provided that the provision last aforesaid shall not apply to any payment of any Company to a member of Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International) may be a Company in which such member shall not hold more than one-hundredth part of the capital, and such member shall not be bound to account for any share of profits he may receive in respect of any such payment.

3. No addition, alternation, or amendment shall be made to or in the Rules and Regulations/Constitution for the time being in force, unless the same have been previously submitted to and approved by the Registrar-General.

4. In the event of winding up or dissolution of Total Gospel Ministries Int., there remains, after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever, the same shall not be aid to or distributed among the members of Christ Total Gospel Ministries (international) but shall be given or transferred to some other institutions, having objects similar to the objects of Christ Total Gospel Ministries (International) and the body or bodies are prohibited from distributing its or their income and property amongst its or their members to an extent at least as great as is imposed on CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MIN. INTL under or by virtue of the SPECIAL CLAUSE hereof, such institution, or institutions to be determined by the member of CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MIN. INTL effect cannot be given to the aforesaid then to come charitable object.
