TAGGED “VICTORY AT LAST” ORGANIZED BY
CHRIST TOTAL GOSPEL MINISTRIES INT’L, LONDON BETWEEN 20TH – 23RD JULY, 2008 AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, AHMADU BELLO WAY, KADUNA
ARRIVAL AND RECEPTION
Revival of His Church that was successfully planned by the Pastoral Team and members of First Baptist church, Kaduna, welcomed Rev. Peter Adenmosun to Kaduna State of Nigeria on 11th July, 2008 for the outpouring of God’s power and breakthrough for all Baptist Ministers in the Metropolis of Kaduna and their workers. He landed safe and sound with welcoming home reception.
DAY ONE
ENGLISH SERVICE
Sunday, 20th July, 2008
The service started by 7.30am as the choir processed into praises galore that launched on the people of God to His presence. After pastoral prayer, Choir ministered on the song titled, “May I never forget you Lord”. We read in the book of 1 Corinthians 15:50-58 and Rev. Peter Adenmosun, the revivalist climbed podium and sharply and vividly, the presence of God was stirred up with direct prophetic utterance of His presence, and then Rev. Peter Adenmosun led full force prayers as jump starter in the auditorium with the aim to gain revival fire and to be blessed by force to recover all the wasted years. Furthermore, he prayed that God should cause speedy miracles in the congregation. Later, he preached on the sermon titled, “A Changed Story” of a man that was placed beside the beautiful gate as a case study “ I saw a man that was lame, born with unknown warfare, conceived with sorrow and delivered with problem beside the beautiful gate” he pinpointed. God is still in the business of changing story. This man was lame, cannot do what he wants financially, physically, spiritually and socially. Spiritual lame is worst than physical disability. But one day, Peter, made a declaration that changed the destiny of the man that was written off as nobody. Peter decreed to the man, “Stand up!” and he did. The changes in his life affected other things with automatic change. His stature changed. His location also changed and he could do what others are doing. Today, Jesus Christ is still doing it, if you allow him to your life. He led altar call after the sermon.
After the sermon, Rev. Peter Adenmosun dedicated a book he pronounced by prophecy last year titled, “The Epistle of spiritual songs” written by Pastor Abimbola Akinola, the Music Minister of FBC, Kaduna. We closed the service with offering and hymn of commitment as we recessed.
YORUBA SERVICE
Sunday, 20th July, 2008
During the second service, we honoured God with full fledged praise session which led to prophetic prayer session that was led by Rev Banjo Ajao. Then choir ministered on the title, “Sunmo Jesu pekipeki”. Rev. Peter Adenmosun came up and led prayer against every lukewarm spirit and later ignited the power of God in the congregation. He led prayers that removed the seat of devil in the church and against rebelling and striving spirit and also prayed for the residing pastor and his family. He, moreover, commended the great changes and achievement of the church so far and also encouraged them to keep the fire burning.
The sermon first preached was further expatiated as we again looked into the same topic, “A changed Story” the man that was lame was labelled with his infirmity and disability. But scripture affirmed that dry bones, rejected souls can still live. Our Lord disallowed Lazarus to die because his life had to affect some people positively before he actually died. The lame man begging ministry was changed over to be a blessing to himself and to others. Rev. Peter Adenmosun prophetically declared, you shall be blessed, be a blessing and blessing distributor centre. He led these prayers: Lord, by your strength, release my entitlement from men’ custody. Lord, wherever my entitlement is hidden, fight with force for its release. Apostle Peter knew what he had, possessed, the power of Jesus, he rebuke lame spirit People learn word of God by head knowledge, but forget the power of the word when problems come. He further emphasised the science of the black men but the power of Jesus supersedes them all. In conclusion, no other way out from disability of life, stagnant life, except by accepting Christ into one’s life. He made altar call and 11peole were saved.
Dedication of the book that was initially launched in English service was completed during the service. Truly, His presence makes us happy.
MIRACLE RALLY EVENING
Sunday, 20th July, 2008
On Sunday eve, the miracle rally started with full fledged praise session which propelled the revival outbreak in the congregation and Rev. Peter Adenmosun led prayers and preached the word that touched heart of people for reconciliation with their Maker. It was a wonderful moment in His presence.
DAY TWO
MORNING MIRACLE HOUR
Monday, 21st July, 2008
The early Morning Prayer started with prayer of thanksgiving and Bible reading from the book of Isaiah 27:11, whereby Rev. Peter Adenmosun led prayers on the works of the yoke of stagnancy. The yokes that make people fix to a point in life, bringing restriction to do good things in life. Those yokes were broken in the place of prayer as people of God aggressively prayed for their deliverance.

OVERCOMIG BAD HABITS
By Rev. Peter Adenmosun
Almost everyone is guilt of many acts of that is not characterized for a good living as a Christian. Successful people have successful habit, because they obey the guiding law. There are bad habits among us as a Christian that are draining our lives. Habits don’t show until later in life, it is gradual in process. It determines your future, your quality of life to live. A discipline life ignores bad habits.
1. Act of coming late to meeting or appointment: It is a usual habit that has eaten to the fabric of our church today. Lateness is a disease. It is better to get to an appointment earlier tan the exact hour. When you are late, don’t argue to save yourself, honestly say, “I am sorry”. Be on time has a reward that will come up a day.
2. Rough word communication between colleagues: Abusive words are yoke and bad habits in the church. Ignore the idea today.
3. Clarity about goals: Know why you are and why you do a thing.
4. Not allowing enough appointment for travel: Be planning ahead with enough time for your travel schedule to disallow embarrassment and allow peaceful times.
5. Talking, instead of listening: Too much talking brings us folly. Sudden interruption into dialogue may lead to problem. Don’t be too fast to talk, but wait patiently converse wisdom. Learn to listen to others and do not repeat another person’s words, is wisdom.
6. Act of forgetfulness: Every moment in lives is gold and stewards towards report to God. Don’t be porous to forget things easily. Compose yourself, not to lose opportunities.
7. Working long hours without rest: Learn to exercise moment of relaxation as important things in life. Do not over emphasize your work than your health. Rest your brain to achieve better output. Know this, you cannot finish the work, do your best and leave the rest for the next generation. Than to be out of track suddenly. Just be faithful and be wise.
8. Not spending enough time with your family: Let your family feel you when you are around. Be calm, lively and play with your family.
9. Spending too much time on phone: Convey your message in time, to manage your chances in life. Learn to disassociate from things, act, people that will not add value to your life. Also, switch off your phone during service and act on the useless numbers on your phone.
10. Answering phone call during meeting: Respect people around you. Respect begets respect.
11. Procrastination: stop the act of postponing task or action. It reduces chances of making it in life.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
By Mr. S. J. Adeniji
Computer
INTRODUCTION Computer, machine that performs tasks, such as calculations or electronic communication, under the control of a set of instructions called a program. Programs usually reside within the computer and are retrieved and processed by the computer’s electronics. The program results are stored or routed to output devices, such as video display monitors or printers. Computers perform a wide variety of activities reliably, accurately, and quickly.
USES OF COMPUTERS People use computers in many ways. In business, computers track inventories with bar codes and scanners, check the credit status of customers, and transfer funds electronically. In homes, tiny computers embedded in the electronic circuitry of most appliances control the indoor temperature, operate home security systems, tell the time, and turn videocassette recorders (VCRs) on and off. Computers in automobiles regulate the flow of fuel, thereby increasing gas mileage, and are used in anti-theft systems. Computers also entertain, creating digitized sound on stereo systems or computer-animated features from a digitally encoded laser disc. Computer programs, or applications, exist to aid every level of education, from programs that teach simple addition or sentence construction to programs that teach advanced calculus. Educators use computers to track grades and communicate with students; with computer-controlled projection units, they can add graphics, sound, and animation to their communications. Computers are used extensively in scientific research to solve mathematical problems, investigate complicated data, or model systems that are too costly or impractical to build, such as testing the air flow around the next generation of aircraft. The military employs computers in sophisticated communications to encode and unscramble messages, and to keep track of personnel and supplies.
HOW COMPUTERS WORK
The physical computer and its components are known as hardware. Computer hardware includes the memory that stores data and program instructions; the central processing unit (CPU) that carries out program instructions; the input devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, that allow the user to communicate with the computer; the output devices, such as printers and video display monitors, that enable the computer to present information to the user; and buses (hardware lines or wires) that connect these and other computer components. The programs that run the computer are called software. Software generally is designed to perform a particular type of task—for example, to control the arm of a robot to weld a car’s body, to write a letter, to display and modify a photograph, or to direct the general operation of the computer.
Output Devices
Once the CPU has executed the program instruction, the program may request that the information be communicated to an output device, such as a video display monitor or a flat liquid crystal display. Other output devices are printers, overhead projectors, videocassette recorders (VCRs), and speakers
TYPES OF COMPUTERS
Digital and Analog
Computers can be either digital or analog. Virtually all modern computers are digital. Digital refers to the processes in computers that manipulate binary numbers (0s or 1s), which represent switches that are turned on or off by electrical current. A bit can have the value 0 or the value 1, but nothing in between 0 and 1. Analog refers to circuits or numerical values that have a continuous range. Both 0 and 1 can be represented by analog computers, but so can 0.5, 1.5, or a number like p (approximately 3.14).
A desk lamp can serve as an example of the difference between analog and digital. If the lamp has a simple on/off switch, then the lamp system is digital, because the lamp either produces light at a given moment or it does not. If a dimmer replaces the on/off switch, then the lamp is analog, because the amount of light can vary continuously from on to off and all intensities in between.
Analog computer systems were the first type to be produced. A popular analog computer used in the 20th century was the slide rule. To perform calculations with a slide rule, the user slides a narrow, gauged wooden strip inside a rulerlike holder. Because the sliding is continuous and there is no mechanism to stop at any exact values, the slide rule is analog. New interest has been shown recently in analog computers, particularly in areas such as neural networks. These are specialized computer designs that attempt to mimic neurons of the brain. They can be built to respond to continuous electrical signals. Most modern computers, however, are digital machines whose components have a finite number of states—for example, the 0 or 1, or on or off bits. These bits can be combined to denote information such as numbers, letters, graphics, sound, and program instructions.
MIRACLE RALLY EVENING
Monday, 21st July, 2008
Miracle rally, started around 5.30pm as praise team led us to praise God and thank Him for the breakthroughs. Rev. Abayowa led the prayer of thanksgiving, and then Rev. Peter Adenmosun opened up the session with prayers and preached on Curses. Curse can be transferred through breaking of law of God, curse from family background. Series of prayer were prayed to avert the sting of curse with mercy. We read in Prov. 26:2 which he explained that no curse without a curse and the analogy of the birds as flying in nature so also the curse in our lives. So we fought in fierce battle that all curses that erupted from our ancient err be terminated. After the sermon, he made altar call and many people came out to give their lives to Jesus Christ and counsellors attended to them. We ended rally with full assurance of God’s visitation that day.
DAY THREE
MORNING MIRACLE HOUR
Tuesday, 22nd July, 2008
Early in the morning, we gathered to experience miracle touch of God as Rev. Banjo Ajao led the opening prayer with prophetic utterance of rain of blessing. After that, Sis Funke launched out apostolic warfare session, praying for merciful hand of God. It was a moment of power as of old. Rev. Peter Adenmosun came up to continue on the teaching and prayer over curse. He stressed the point on curses that came up from personal err (Afowofa). The congregation busted into pool of deliverance prayers to be free from the curse. It was a time of heaven on earth as we encountered hand of God.

SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (3 SESSIONS)
POWER TO CREATE WEALTH
By Pastor Oyewopo
Text: Isaiah 45:1-5
BIBLICAL BACKGROUND OF WEALTH
This teaching is established upon the word of God, because all things were made by the word. Wealth is created by the power and help of God. There is always a mountain that stands between success and you but God promised Cyprus according to the text to cut through the gate of strong armour. The King of glory with full strength must come in to loose the gate as He promised Cyprus and also the treasure of darkness, will I give to you that was hidden in the secret places. The promise is there even before you pray for it (Deut 8:18). It is He that gives power for wealth.
MONEY AND OUR LIVES
Money affects our lives. Everyone live by money to survive. A man said, “Worst thing about being young is, you don’t know how to grow old without money”. Money is not the most important, but it affect mostly. It affects the way we think, act, and decide in life issues. Wrong decisions are propelled by money. Judas weaknesses of money made him to lose its place, and Jesus wanted to help but refused. Churches are not motivated to make wealth again (Eccl 7:12). Money is a defence against embarrassment (of landlord). Money is a defence against shame. The scriptures were pen down by inspiration for us. Money answereth all things (Eccl 10:19)
SIX PROOFS THAT SHOW THAT GOD WANTS US TO PROSPER
1. Psalm 35:27 – When you prosper God will be happy.
2. Job 36:11- If you are serving God you are entitled to prosperity/pleasure.
3. Gen 24:1- God blessed Abraham to bless nation.
4. Deut 8:18 – God gives power to create wealth.
5. 3 John 2 – God wishes everyone health and wealth.
6. 2 Cor. 8:9 – Jesus has experienced wealth, so we have permission to experience wealth.
FOUR REASONS WHY YOU NEED TO CREATE WEALTH
1. For the expansion of the purpose of the kingdom of God.
2. To take good care of your family (1 Tim. 5:8).
3. To leave good inheritance for your children (Prov. 2:13). God did not create anyone to be poor. Even God is rich and He made Adam His son according to Luke record and made proper preparation for him as He planted a garden with a sufficient resources to start with, not that God did everything for him. You are to live for yourself; you must leave inheritance for your children. David made a good decision having good heart to build house for God, it was shifted to his son thereby, he left resources that worth $300million, all gold, silver required for the building and good contacts for his son to be fulfilled.
4. To be a blessing to the whole world. To sponsor the less privilege in this indigent society.
FOUR REASONS WHY CHRISTIAN STRUGGLE FINANCIALLY
1. EAT, CUT, AND BORROW THEIR TITHE – No tithe at all is eating your tithe, which means things will be tight and terrible for you. Cutting of tithing is when paying part of the tithe. Your tithe paying makes God to prove your greediness and God does not put more money into the hand of the greed. Borrowing of tithe is skipping tithe payment and in accord to Old Testament, you ought to pay back 20 percent of the tithe back.
2. BECAUSE THEY DON’T INCREASE THEIR SEED. Increase means making new decision as you review your offering up. Remember God cannot be mocked as you expect increase when you don’t sow. If don’t sow, in the season, you will be a glorified beggar. You don’t need to pray for money, just do what bible says about making money.
3. MOST BELIEVERS CAN’T GIVE SACRIFICIALLY. God’s ways are not our ways. Needs does not move God, but seed moves Him. Widow in Zarephath sown a seed before getting her need. Sacrifice provokes God to act. Solomon’s sacrifice led him to fill open cheque and Noah also offered sacrifice among the few remained animals, which made God to restore life with seasons. Whatever leaves your hand does not leave your life. What you spend leave your life forever. Sacrificial giving provokes God. When God want to take you to your next financial level, it will ask you for what will pain you. If you can’t give up, you can’t rise up.
4. BECAUSE OF LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. There are practical steps to take to make it in live. Hosea 4:6, without the knowledge of God, you can’t bring to reality all what he has for you in life. Psalm 82 says, “we are gods…but dying like ordinary men”.
5. ADAMANT IN TAKING ACTION. The difference between fools and the wise is action.
FINANCIAL SUCCESS
A. PLANNING
Financial success is a result of planning. Things don’t happen by accident. There 3 Financial plans:
• Plan to be rich
• Plan to be middle class
• Plan to be poor
When there is no plan to be rich, you will have plan to be poor. A garden is planted by someone. Every good thing in life requires effort. If you leave your finance to chances, the tendency is high to be poor. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. And the gap between the poor and the rich is getting thinner everyday because of this step in our contemporary world.
Major Difference between The Rich And The Poor:
There are habits that prove the difference. It is called their Habits.
Your Financial Habit
Poor and middle class have two money habits
• They make money
• They spend money
They are in rat race – a race of living from hand to mouth. Moving around an orbit, doing a thing the same way.
Rich class has three money habits
• They make money
• They manage money
• They multiply money
Learn to change your habit. If your habit is not changed, nothing will be changed. If your mentality does not change, your riches are just for a time.
FINANCIAL CONTROL – To be in control of your money, deciding where your money will go before getting to your hand. When a demand is come out of budget, you must learn to adjust for the next budget. Financial control decides what your money will do. For example, as money comes in you can get white envelopes, label them for each expense and when money comes in put the money you budgeted and disburse them within 24 hours.
MULTIPLY MONEY – means turning one naira to two naira and two to four naira. It is creation of wealth. Start to create wealth as you don’t despise the days of little beginning.
PRINCIPLE OF CREATING WEALTH
People pay for value. What people pay you is the value the market has placed on you. There are three types of values.
• Your Natural value – because you are human, you have value to God. Your soul is valuable more than the wealth of the world.
• Your Spiritual value – a believer is more valuable in the sight of God than an unbeliever. It enables you to do beyond natural ability, what is humanly impossible.
• Your Market value – it is your Added Value. It is turning crude oil to gas, ordinary land to garden as God told Adam to add the remaining value to the garden. Your added value determines your price in the market. How to add value? Through education, your skill, experience, exposure etc. When you discover other area of potential, you add value to your life. It creates for you multiple streams of income. Your added value can earn you a wage of 6 month in a day. Your added value will make you Proposal Expert than Application Letter Guru. You add value to yourself to add more to your self. You can write books on what you know best. This will add value to your self and income. You need to look inward to make stream of incomes.
FOUR TYPES OF INCOME (FINANCIAL COMPASS)
EMPLOYEE BUSINESS
SELF-EMPLOYED INVESTOR/INVESTMENT
Getting rich is a process. It is not what you get, but what you become.
• Employee
• Self employed – You are the business. Your presence is the life span of the business. The day you stop working, is the day you stop earning.
• Business – A venture that does not need your attention to succeed. It can be set up anywhere.
• Investment/investor – Adding/joining capital with a prospect business to share profit and loss with them.
Wealth is created from the Business and investment. It is good to start with self employed and employee, but try to put one leg in either business or investment of both. In investment, you can buy Asset, such as Business asset, Paper asset like stock, pension fund, bonds, and Real estate asset like lands. Asset is anything that brings money in for you and anything that takes money from you is liability. The Poor buy liability and call it asset, why rich buy assets and becoming richer. Employee income is limited, but more secured without freedom. Now, there is no secure job again. Plan of God is that, you work and retire. Nobody cannot make you rich, but God and you. It is the employer that determines your income and freedom. It is good start but not good to end it all in the place. It is better to throw away security to get freedom. When you have financial freedom, you will even have time to serve God, temple cleaning, because something is working for you somewhere in investment and business. When you are pursuing freedom, don’t compare your self with another people. Know this; two things in life, it is either you play or pay. If you play now, you will pay later. Or pay now (sowing in season), then you will have much time to play. To pay now is not too late yet, than to play for a while.
BOOKS PRESCRIBED FOR FINANCIAL PROSPECT
• Bible. All financial books must go along with it.
• Think and grow rich
• The richest man in Babylon
• The rich dad, the poor dad
Employee and self employed work for money but business and investment work money for the owner. The rich don’t work for money, but money work for them. Jacob as employee, while Laban as business owner. Jacob, though he was collecting huge and increased salary, yet he could not manage his life because of insufficiency. Jacob was not lazy but he could not make wealth, even his service to Laban for 16years could not be richly accounted for. Laban has skilled manager running the business and over time his wealth exploded and Jacob was getting poorer and poorer due to inflation. Money does not solve your money problem. The higher your income, the greater your expenses (Eccl 5:11). As income increases, so your expenses increase. It takes financial control to take charge of expenditure life. Jacob asked, “Laban, don’t give me liability again, convert my income to asset, give me animals that have capacity to multiply” (Gen 30). All what you need is resources to multiply. And it is you that will determine the tune of the progress for prospect. Failure to manage your resources can take away your authority in life as Jacob lost his own among his households. That is beggar has no carbohydrate ice. Change your habit before managing any resources, if you don’t want to go back to where you were before.
WHAT YOU CAN INVEST IN (INVESTMENT VEHICLE)
Investment vehicle has capacity to carry you to where to want from here. There are different kinds of vehicle. You can hire car, bicycle or even use your own car. This is symbolic in meaning. The quickest of the vehicle is Stock Market transaction. Note this, whatever you do that involve your presence, need your attention now to roll it over to yield without your presence anymore. That is wealth creation. Learn to make things working for you. You also start small scale business. But always remember this word, Financial Freedom, is the point you don’t need to work again because you want to earn money. The moment you don’t work for money any longer. When your income is enough to survive, you have entered into your rest. Your little money can raise you up with as little as N2000 or N5000 buying stocks, consistently building over time. You can buy directly from the company or by mutual fund e.g. that is giving your money to some people to manage it for you. Your wealth is not far as you are not far in making decision to start as low as you can today.
MIRACLE RALLY EVENING
Tuesday, 22nd July, 2008
We started the service with prophetic rain of blessing as we had it that hour. Rev. Moses Abayowa led prayer of thanksgiving and later praises were offered to God joyfully for His miracle, protection and all sort of blessing in the programme. After that, Sis Funke came up with her apostolic force that discharged God’s powers for warfare prayer and recharged everyone for the programme. We loosed and bounded with prayer and after that Rev. Adenmosun came up to minister on the power of Holy Ghost. He emphasised more on the God, the Holy Spirit that He is a being and he has the control of this earth after Jesus ascension, and all power to make man free is with Him. He made clear the differences between the power for salvation and the power for ministry. It is the work of Holy Spirit to call and equip for service of God. He has power to set free and to live without fear of the black powers. He explained the extent of the African science with their power of darkness and the havoc it can wroth, but the supreme power that all powers bow to is Holy Spirit. He led people to Christ as the starting point for the power and the whole congregation were baptised really into the pool of Holy Spirit that night. Really, we saw His move in the house as of the day of Pentecost again.
DAY FOUR
MORNING MIRACLE HOUR
Wednesday, 23rd July, 2008
The last day of the morning miracle hour was filled with heart-longing for total miracle of the latter day. We praised God and Sister Funke led her apostolic warfare prayer, after that Rev. Peter Adenmosun led series of prayer against the curses that arise from default of tithe in the church, followed by deliverance and breakthrough prayers. Lo and behold, it was a moment to remember in ones life. We ended the session around 7.05am.

SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (SESSION 1)
LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
By Dn Dr. Amuda
Text: 3 John1:2
Health is God’s provision for men. He made all things excellent. In Jesus ministry, he preached, teaching and did heal people. There were law of cleanliness, on what to eat and others.
Hindrance to good health in life
1. Sin
2. From the enemy, devil infliction with sickness like Job’s case.
3. Family curse
4. Inheritance through genes
5. Disobedience to natural law
Some sickness and disease
Hypertension, diabetes, fever, bacteria microbes on wounds, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis
How to live a healthy lifestyle
• Enough rest: Making time available to relax from daily work stress. Taking drugs to reduce pain but cannot take away pain but enough rest is needed. Especially people above 50years need adequate rest to disallow high blood pressure.
• Doing exercise: Those who do hard labour work do not need exercise again, but those who sit down in office or in a place need to exercise the body to free every clotted things in the body. You can jog a kilometre every morning or doing exercise in your room for 25minutse that brings out sweat is also enough
• Maintaining clean environment: Do not allow stagnant water to reduce mosquito in your environment
• Laws that abide with foods: Eating any kind of food is not beneficial for the body. Foods are classified into 6. They are Carbohydrate – Eba, Fufu, rice etc, they are good for those doing hard labour for strength and energy to work. Fat and Oil – Fat enters body through meat fat and some vegetables. Meat fat is not good for the body, it is dangerous, but vegetables fat is bettersuch as margarine, palm oil, etc; they also give power less than carbohydrate. Protein – is seen in meat, fish, and beans and for growth and development (especially for children for good growth). Minerals – are needed irons in the blood and body. Vitamin is also needed too. Vegetables such as (efo tete) vitamin E for delivery, carrot with vitamin A for good sight. Lastly, water for easy digest.
As we grow, our energy reduces, so also we must do away with some foods. There must be reduction in taking of some foods. For children and adult that do brain works like reading extract more strength, so carbohydrate is much needed, but for aged eating carbohydrate without any work may have fats that cause fatness and their heart will be working extra than before. Know this, our heart must not stop at least within 5 minutes, but if it is over 5 minute, it may damage the brain that causes insanity. Amala, Iyan and other alike is not good for dinner. Growth stops at some age level thereby proteins food like beans is good for dinner. We must be selective in protein food. Aged ones should reduce eating of eggs and palm oil because it has carbohydrate cholesterol blocks the nerves for blood flow. It expands the passage of nerves which cause hypertension that is common with the aged one. Egg eating should be left for the young ones only.
Lev. 11:4-10 mentioned some meats which may not benefit us. Like pig having fat with no blood. Ostrich, rabbit, pig meat are not good enough for the body.
• Let your dinner be between 7.00pm in the night.
• Try to maintain habit of exercise with review up.
• Always go for medical test at least twice in a year.
• For diabetes patient, you must do away with sugary food and go for protein food like beans, moinmoin, etc.
Questions and Answer
1. How hours can we sleep in a day? When should we take water, is it before or after food? When to take breakfast?
6 hours sleeping (siesta) is good and enough for body. Water should be taken adequately to assist in liquidising the food content. There is no specific time for breakfast, dinner is much considered most.
2. Why the forefathers’ grew well without observing all this medical rules? Can we say every part that brings pain lack blood flow? How can make medical check-up easy and comfortable? Which exercise can be prescribed for certain ages?
The ancient fathers ate their farm products not canned or seasoned foods, they ate both sweet and bitter food that is raw and they didn’t pass through radiation before eating like imported foods. Blood flow does not cause pain, but body will be cold. We all need exercise that your body would accommodate.
3. Can carbohydrate be taking again by the diabetes patient? To what extent can the aged one take palm oil?
Carbohydrate is good for the body, but it will be eaten by the patient not as other people do. Just in a little quantity. Palm oil is good for children but the old people must reduce the consumption.
4. Which kind of fish should we take, fresh, iced or dried?
Fish (Panla) that has no fin, has cholesterol, but there are oil in some fishes that help the Hypertensive. They are fleshy fish, having less fat and will be dried and it will be good for the old ones.
5. What is fasting doing for our health? During sleep what is working in the period are dead? What can be taking to replace palm oil?
Fasting helps body to reduce blood pressure. Some food in the body that has turned to fat will be used for the body and reduce fatness to strength the heart. Stomach Ulcer patient react when food is taken, while intestine ulcer (duodenal) is not painful when food is taken.
Fasting can be done by the stomach ulcer patient. Every part of the body works in the night but less than the day time. Sleepless time overwork the body.
6. What can be done to beans eating that cause swelling of stomach?
Not only cooked beans can be taken, moinmoin, akara and other forms can be instead, if you are not comfortable with such beans.
7. How can one have diabetes and overcome it?
